What is Phobia?
Phobia is a type of mental disorder which means fear of some perticular thing. 

When a person is doing unrealistic things the village people think that he/she is possessed but in city the people will say that he is suffering from phobia. Many patients says that they see ghost regularly. Let's talk about some Phobias which are rare and common.
Today I want to discuss about 5 Phobias which destroys the patients from inside and force them to suicide.
Types of Phobia:

1. Acrophobia.
It is a well known disorder to everyone. This phobia can be seen more or less every human beings which is fear of height. But in some cases the people who are suffering from Acrophobia in risk stage he cannot jump from a single rock or he cannot do any work in upstairs. He cannot look back while walking through stairs. It is common but very much annoying for that who is suffering. So please help them if you see them anywhere.

2. Agoraphobia.
Agoraphobia is a type of mental disorder in which people fear for going outside of the house and crouded places. He/she can live in house for many months without going anywhere. It is a rear phobia and very much dengerous imagine you can interact people when you are in home but you cannot step 1 inch out of the house. Believe me the person who is suffering from this disorder he/she just living in hell and this has no cure. A film also made on this topic you all can watch. The name of the film is (Phobia).

3. Somniphobia or Hynophobia. 
Somniphobia is a type of mental disorder which is also known as Hynophobia which means fear of falling asleep. About 10% of the world population is suffering from this phobia. In this case victims cannot sleep in the night because they get horror nightmares, a deadly feeling that some one is watching, feeling ghosts beside. Imagine that this is happening with you how would you feel. A people cannot spent one hour without sleeping, how do they survive? Here sometime sleeping peels do not work.

4. Nyctophobia. 
It is a type of mental disorder which means fear of darkness. About 20 to 30% of the world population which faces this disorder including children. The people who are suffering from this disorder he/she cannot stay 1 or 2 minute in darkness. They feel that someone will kill them in darkness. Some of them hears noises in darkness. It is very much disturbing while going to bed you had to switch on the light. You can stay 1 minute without light.

5. Ablutophobia.
It is a type of mental disorder which means fear of bathing and cleaning themselves. You are thinking that this is funny but think once what he is feeling and think his family member what they are feeling. The victim never clean himselvessel for manydays. About 5 to 10% world population faces this problem. All beggers in your street faces this problem. So when you see a wealthy person without cleaning don't make fun of him.
